What if I don’t have a diagnosis or know what my condition is?
This treatment plan is designed to be conservative, symptom specific and non-invasive, and therefore extremely safe. This applies for a variety of heel conditions, even if you do not have a specific diagnosis or are unsure of your exact condition.
The treatments included in the plan are designed to reduce stress and strain on the affected areas of the heel, while also providing support to promote natural healing.
You can rest assured that the treatments do not involve injections or medications, making them a safe and accessible option for anyone experiencing heel or arch pain.
So whether you have a diagnosis or not, this treatment plan can provide relief and support to help you recover and get back to your normal activities.
How long until I can expect to see results?
The treatment plan outlined here offers a range of at-home treatments and advice that can bring about immediate relief while also promoting long-term healing for the conditions covered. While the healing time for these conditions may vary – typically ranging between 2 and 12 weeks – patients usually feel much less pain throughout this recovery period due to the self treatments and advice in the easy heel plan.
It’s important to note that some residual pain may be experienced during the healing period, but this is normal and to be expected. The focus of this plan is to provide effective strategies and tools to manage this pain while addressing the root cause of the condition, ultimately leading to a complete recovery.
My pain subsided after following the easy heel plan, but is it likely to come back?
Plantar Fasciitis and other foot pain conditions can be recurring injuries and may come back if you do not take care of your feet as an ongoing priority. By following the advice in the Easy Heel Plan, there would be less chance of these conditions redeveloping as we treat the cause of your condition, not just the pain itself.
The good news is you have unlimited access to this course so if your pain does return in the future, then you will have all of the advice and exercises needed to get back on track without pain.
After using the treatment plan when my pain subsides, do I need to confirm with an ultrasound?
If you were diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis or a similar foot pain condition by ultrasound, you may feel it necessary to have a follow up scan, and this is very much ok to do! However, it is not necessary. If your symptoms have subsided then your condition has more than likely resolved.

How do I access the course once I’ve bought it?
Once you have completed your purchase through the official Sydney Heel Pain site, you will receive an email to the email address you entered in the checkout.
In this email you will receive a link to set a password on your account, and once completed, you will be able to log in via the sydneyheelpain.com/login. The entirety of the course is accessed via this simple online log in on mobile, tablet and desktop.
